Yes. Creating an account will allow you to access product information and quick price calculator as well as other useful functions.

Also by keeping the track of all your orders in our data base, you will be able to access all of your previous orders, current job status and, shipping information.

On the Customer Login section, click on Sign up for Trade Account and simply fill up the basic required information, then click on "Submit" button. If you are in California, please make sure to provide us with your California Resale Certificate for your automated tax exemption. Your account status will be "inactive" untill you prodive us with your California Resale Certificate.

After Log In to your account, go to My Account and then click on Change Password button. Enter your old password and your new password, then click 'submit'.

Preparing Artwork

We recommend that you send .PDF with outlined fonts and embedded links. Remember to add crop marks, bleed and flatten your files before uploading.

You may also send the file in the following types:

  • EPS (Encapsulated Post Script AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
  • JPG (High Resolution JPEG)
  • TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)

Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPG, TIFF files gets blurry when enlarged.

Vector: Line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp.

RESOLUTION: In order to achieve a better quality print the image resolution must be minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch). Uploading an image with lower resolution than 300 DPI will result in blurry and off-color print.

COLOR: You should always start and finish your designs in CMYK color mode. If you submit a non-CMYK file such as RGB, converting any other types of color modes to CMYK will result in color shift or color degradation.

BLEED AND CUT LINE: In order to fabricate your jobs in a proper manner, we need to have 0.25" extended bleed on each side of the image(s) even if your art work has white bordering around the images. For example for 60"x36" banner, we recommend 60.25"x36.25" for print production.

SAFETY ZONE: When designing your job, consider placing the text at least 0.25" inside from cutting marks (Crop marks) of each sides of the final size.

Note: For Banners, consider placing the text at least 1" inside from cutting marks.

Ordering

After you sign up with Inkovation, there are only 3 easy steps to complete your order.

  1. Select the product you are interested in. View the product in detail and use the instant pricing calculator while configuring all options for the product along with any additional options you desire. You will be able to view the price immediately.
  2. Upload your artworks. Please make sure your uploaded images meet our print specifications. We have provided some information in that regard in our FAQ section.
  3. Billing information. Please make sure your shipping address, billing and, contact information are accurate.

After your order is completed, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order number and detail description of your order. Please give us a call whenever you have any additional questions.

Printing

Most of our standard product will be printed using digital inkjet printing method, which uses Ultra-Violet Curable inks.

We also have capability of printing using traditional Silk Screen method for larger quantity.

We do not colormatch.

However, at Inkovation we calibrate our systems on a scheduled base to ensure that we maintain the most standard color possible. In order for us to produce the best color matching possible, we recommend that you calibrate your monitors and proofers regularly and make sure that all submitted files are in CMYK color mode.

All orders placed online will be printed using digital inkjet technology with 4 color process(CMYK)inks. If you use Spot or Pantone colors, please have them converted to process colors prior to uploading your file.

If you need a product with any Spot or Pantone colors, it will be considered as special products that can be order only through an estimate.
